Metro South Health is partnering with the Brisbane South Primary Health Network to develop a Health Needs Assessment of our region.
The results of the Metro South Health Needs Assessment 2021 will be used to inform health service development and investment decisions to better address the community’s needs.
What is “Health Needs Assessment”?
A health needs assessment uses consultation, data, and information, to identify the key health concerns and health service gaps for our community. It also involves prioritising the unmet health needs that are most important for us to focus on through health service planning, design, and investment.
Do you:
If so, we want to hear your views on the health issues and concerns that matter most to you and your community.
There are 9 questions in the survey. You can complete as many or as few of the questions as you like.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this survey.
We are reviewing your feedback, and other data and information, to develop a preliminary draft of the Metro South Health Needs Assessment Report.
If you would like the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft report before it is finalised, please email us at MSH_StrategyPlanning@health.qld.gov.au.
