Emergency Physiotherapy Practitioner - Staff Experience & Satisfaction Survey - Redland Hospital

Closed 8 May 2016

Opened 13 Apr 2016

Overview

You are invited to take part in a survey about the Emergency Physiotherapy Practitioner (EPP) Model of Care that has been operating in the Redland Hospital Emergency Department (ED) for the last 12 months.

This survey is part of an evaluation of Physiotherapists working as primary contact clinicians who manage Triage Category 3, 4 or 5 musculoskeletal injuries that present to the Redland Hospital ED.

Your feedback as a staff member of the ED is very important in helping us gain a picture on the effectiveness, efficiency, quality and safety of the EPP Model of Care.

The survey is voluntary and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions regarding the survey please speak with the physiotherapist in the ED.

At no point will your name or personal details be linked to your responses for this survey.

Thank you.
