ED Live - A way to provide up-to-date information on the Emergency Department

Overview

ED Live is a new online tool to provide you with up-to-date information about  Emergency Departments (ED) in the Metro South region.

ED Live information will help you make a decision about your urgent care choices and will include things like how busy the Emergency Department is, the number of patients waiting and estimated wait times.

ED Live information will be available for you to check at home on a web page before going to the Emergency Department and displayed on TV screens in the Emergency Departments.

Why your views matter

We want to find out from you if the information on the website and on the screens in the Emergancy Department is helpful.  We also want to know if there is other information that would be useful for making decisions about your urgent care.
