MASS Palliative Care Equipment Program (PCEP) - Prescriber feedback

Closed 30 Sep 2020

Opened 21 Sep 2020

The Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) is based in Brisbane and Townsville but provided a service to everyone living across Queensland.

The feedback provided will enable MASS to generate reports and analysis of the program's progress to the  Department of Health as part of the CaRs initiative.

We aim for this program to continue beyond the first year of the trial.

Open and honest feedback, both positive and negative is strongly encouraged to ensure we are providing the highest quality service.

Why we are consulting

It is critical to demonstrate the impact of the project, as it is currently only a pilot until mid 2021.

The online feedback form is anonymous.

Data collected will be stored securely and within Australia.
