MASS Palliative Care Equipment Program feedback - Qld Palliative Care Specialists and Statewide Palliative Care Occupational Therapy Collaborative

Closed 6 Apr 2021

Opened 23 Mar 2021

Overview

As you would be aware, The Palliative Care Equipment Program was rolled out by the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme early 2020 through Care in the Right Setting (CaRS) funding initiative.

MASS is grateful to the Qld Specialist Palliative Care Services Medical Directors’ Group and the Statewide Palliative Care Occupational Therapy Collaborative for their input and guidance in establishing the program.

Now would be an optimal time to reflect on the processes and outcomes of the program and to make refinements for future implementation.

There are also opportunities to present/publish data relating to this pilot government funded statewide palliative care equipment program and your collective thoughts of priorities of topics would be of value to us.

Why your views matter

As key stakeholders in the Palliative Care Equipment Program, MASS would very much appreciate your opinions on the program and how we can achieve excellence going forward.

The online feedback form is anonymous.

Data collected will be stored securely and within Australia.
