Brisbane South PHN and Metro South Health (MSH) are collaborating to develop an Older Person's Health and Wellness Strategy (OPHWS) for the region.

Together, Brisbane South PHN and MSH, are committed to providing ‘whole of system’ health leadership which will focus on the development of a range of jointly planned activities throughout the region to address the health needs of the population.

We seek feedback on your experiences  and value your ideas on the priorities for Older Peoples Health and Wellbeing into the future.
