Find Info More Easily - Have Your Say

Closed 5 Nov 2014

Opened 24 Oct 2014

Do you use the internet to look for health related information?

Metro South Health invites members of the community to register their interest in attending a ‘focus group’ style session to help make sure our new website is easy to use and contains all the important information consumers want.

There are two sessions and catering will be provided.

The workshop will involve:

  • Thinking about what topics, information or services they would look for on a health service website
  • Discussing their experiences and needs as a consumer and how the website might be able to help
  • Creating an overall structure for the website by participating in a ‘card sorting’ activity

Monday 10 November

5:00pm -6:30pm

Eight Mile Plains (exact location to be confirmed)

Our workshops/focus groups are open to members of the community that are eligible to join our Community of Interest (excluded individuals are those under 18 years of age, elected officials, Metro South Health staff members). If you believe you are not eligible but would still like to attend, please contact us to discuss.

By attending a workshop/focus group and providing us with your email details, we will forward you regular health service and engagement updates (including details of future workshops). You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time.

Why your views matter

We are building a new website for Metro South Health and all of its hospitals and services. Our primary aim is to make the website more user-friendly and focused on the needs of our consumers and stakeholders. To achieve this, we are developing a new structure for the site and re-writing the information so that it is easy to find and understand. The website will also have an entirely new design. We plan to launch this website in February 2015.
