You are invited to attend our FREE community workshop on Eating Well for Healthy Ageing.  There will be guest speakers and topics covered will include why we eat, changes to our food requirements as we age, guidelines to eating healthy, reading food labels and handy shopping tips.

Our workshops are open to members of the community that are eligible to join our Community of Interest (excluded individuals are those under 18 years of age, elected officials, Metro South Health staff members). If you believe you are not eligible but would still like to attend, please contact us to discuss.

    You are invited to attend our FREE community workshop on Healthy Eating. There will be guest speakers and topics covered will include why we eat, changes to our food requirements as we age, guidelines to eating healthy, reading food labels and handy shopping tips.
    You're invited to attend our FREE community workshop on 'Mental Health: the spectrum of care' which will have guest speakers and we are hoping to cover topics including current treatment options and regulations, tips to recognise individuals at risk and share advice regarding support options and what works.
