Our Consumer, Carer and Community Engagement Strategy aims to ensure consumers and the community have a strong voice in service planning and design, service delivery and service monitoring and evaluation of health services and programs within Metro South Health.
In September 2015 we held a consumer and community forum to develop the foundations for our new Consumer, Carer and Community Engagement Strategy. Whether you were able to take part in the forum or not, now is your opportunity to let us know if you think we've got it right, or if you think we have missed something.
Please note this is a draft for public consultation on the content. The final Consumer, Carer and Community Engagement Strategy 2016-2019 will be set out with images and infographics which will be created once consumer and community feedback has been reviewed and where appropriate incorporated into the strategy.
