Overview

Brisbane South PHN (BSPHN) and Metro South Health (MSH) both support the same Brisbane South community. Together we would like to hear from you, our local consumers and community members, about your experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We invite you as a BSPHN Community Advisory Council or MSH Consumer Network member to participate in this survey.

This survey consists of eight questions and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. This survey asks questions about:

  • your personal experiences during COVID-19,
  • barriers you face as restrictions ease and you continue to access health care, and
  • lessons learnt along the way.

The survey is open until midnight Sunday 7 June 2020.  Your experiences will help to shape local health care in the recovery phase of COVID-19 and beyond.

De-identified responses will be collated and inform the joint BSPHN and MSH COVID-19 Consumer Collaborative Discussion on Wednesday 10th June 2020.

Thanks so much for your time and sharing your voice.
