Overview

Metro South Health (MSH) values redesign and innovation. MSH is running a 1-day workshop to provide an overview of clinical service redesign methodology. The Queensland Health Clinical Access Redesign Unit (CARU) is delivering this training.

Participants will be provided with an overview of clinical services redesign tools and processes, including:

  • An understanding of the Clinical Service Redesign methodology

    • Communications management
    • Project governance
    • Stakeholder engagement

The training targets those clinicians, managers and project teams who are in the early stages of project implementation or the early phase of problem definition. Clinicians who haven’t currently got a redesign project, however are positioned to undertake redesign in the future, are welcome to apply.

If the training is over-subsccribed, applicants will be placed on a waiting list, and notified of next available training.
