The process of accepting referrals, preparing, tracking, scanning and closing temporary client record is very resource intensive.
In February 2016, Metro South ACAT transitioned to online management of all new referrals via My Aged Care. This has resulted in signficant changes to the work demands for both the administration officers and assessors within the team.
This survey aims to measure an ACAT Administrations Officers's experience of the change to the ACAT referral management process.
